Don't wipe the gear, don't wipe the area near the print head and ink cartridge;
In general, the print head cannot be moved, especially in the mechanical locking state of the print head of some printers (such as MJ- 1500K, needle color printers, etc.). ). If the print head is forcibly moved, the mechanical part of the printer will be damaged;
Do not use internal paper products (such as facial tissues) to clean the printer, so as to avoid residual garbage in the paper machine;
4. Do not use volatile liquids (such as thinner, gasoline and chemical cleaner) to clean the printer, so as not to damage the printer surface.
Second, replace the ink cartridge When replacing the ink cartridge, you must follow the steps in the operating instructions. The ink capacity printer uses the electronic counter inside the printer to measure during the ink cartridge replacement process, and the printer resets its internal electronic counter to determine the installation of the new ink cartridge. When replacing ink cartridges, please pay attention to the following points:
1, at the exit, prevent the ink cartridge from being polluted and not touching the ink cartridge;
2. Don't throw the ink box around to prevent the ink from leaking out.
3. If the conductive ink splashes on the circuit board, it should be wiped with alcohol, and then electrified after drying, otherwise the circuit components may be damaged;
4. The ink cartridge should be stored in a clean and dark place, and the storage temperature should be-10℃-+35℃. sequence
Thirdly, the cleaning of most inkjet print heads means that the printer will automatically start cleaning the print heads. Print head cleaning buttons, such as Canon BJC-6 10 inkjet printer, provide three cleaning functions: quick cleaning, regular cleaning and thorough cleaning. Please refer to the steps in the operation manual of inkjet printer for specific cleaning operation. If the printer's automatic cleaning function is disabled, you can manually clean the print head. To wash your hands, please remove the print head by manual steps. Manual cleaning print head can be installed at the front end of the hose length of fine medical syringe for strict filtering and washing. Careful observation with a magnifying glass nozzle, such as spray deposition of residues beside the nozzle, can be used to remove soft rubber products. The integrated print head that has been dormant for a long time is blocked, and it is soaked in hot water after cleaning due to the dry spray hole of ink. Cleaning the print head should pay attention to the following points:
1, don't clean the nozzle with sharp objects, don't hit the nozzle, and don't touch the nozzle;
2. Do not disassemble and install the nozzle or other items while charging. Do not touch the printer with your hands for electrical contact.
You can't take the nozzle out of the printer and put it alone. You can't put it in a dusty place.
