Second, a blue screen appears during use:
PS: The blue screen problem caused by general third-party software has obvious characteristics: the system can be loaded normally when it is turned on, but there will be a blue screen error when the login interface enters the desktop.
It is not always obvious that the cause of the blue screen error may be caused during the use of the device. It may be that the new hardware and drivers used or third-party software are not compatible with Windows devices. You can use the following steps to try to solve the blue screen problem.
1. Uninstall third-party software:
Before entering safe mode, this operation needs to enter Win RE recovery mode. For details, please refer to the method mentioned in "Uninstall Update" above.
When the device is in safe mode, click the Start button and select Settings > System > Applications and Features. Select Sort by Name and change it to Sort by Installation Date. ? Select the third-party software to be removed, and then select Uninstall. After uninstalling the third-party software, restart the device.
If you still see a blue screen error after the operation, please try to back off, disable or uninstall the recently installed driver.
2. Back up, disable or uninstall the driver:
If new drivers have been installed recently, you can roll back, disable or uninstall them to determine whether this is the cause of the problem. First, make sure the device is in safe mode, and then use Device Manager to quit, disable or uninstall the driver.
3. Rollback the third-party driver:
In the search box of the taskbar, type Device Manager, and then select Device Manager from the result list.
In Device Manager, expand the device that contains the driver to be rolled back, right-click the driver under the device, and select Properties. Select the drivers tab, and then select rollback driver > yes.
PS: If you can't roll back the driver, or you still see a blue screen error, please try to disable the driver.
4. Disable third-party drivers:
In the search box of the taskbar, type Device Manager, and then select Device Manager from the result list.
In Device Manager, expand the device that contains the driver you want to disable, right-click the driver under the device, and select Properties.
Select the drivers tab, and then select disable device >; "yes".
If you still see a blue screen error, try uninstalling the driver.
5. Uninstall the third-party driver:
In the search box of the taskbar, type Device Manager, and then select Device Manager from the result list.
In Device Manager, expand the device that contains the driver you want to uninstall, right-click the driver under the device, and select Properties.
Select the drivers tab, and then select uninstall >; "ok"
PS: Some device drivers need to select "Delete the driver software of this device" in the "Confirm device deletion" box, and then select "Uninstall" >; OK For some devices, you must restart the device to complete the uninstallation process.
If you still see a blue screen error, try uninstalling/removing external hardware.
6. Remove external hardware:
External devices may also be the cause of the blue screen error. Unplug all external storage devices and drives, docking stations, and other hardware plugged into the device but not used to run basic functions, and then restart the device.
PS: If you do not encounter this problem after restarting the device, an external device may be the cause of the problem, and you need to contact the device manufacturer for support.
7. Reset this computer:
If you encounter a blue screen problem, when none of the methods mentioned in this article can solve it, it is recommended to reinstall the system to solve the problem (you can also choose to reset, but due to the unstable function of Win RE reset, reinstalling the system is the first choice).
PS: If the blue screen problem occurs again after reinstall the system without installing any third-party software and drivers, it is recommended to send it directly to the service center for testing.
