Steps for handling social security cards:
1. Go to the local social security bureau to get the list of people who have not applied for social security cards and the registration form for applying for social security cards. Upon receipt, collect the original ID card of the person who has not applied for this card, copy it, then cut the front and back of the ID card and take the recycling receipt.
2. Check the ID card information: the social security card application registration form already contains the ID card information of uninsured personnel. Please check it carefully with the original ID card collected. If there are any mistakes, please correct them in the right column of the information.
3. Fill in the employee's personal information carefully: mailing address (only company address), postal code, mobile phone number, fixed phone number and nationality.
4. Paste the copy of the front and back of the ID card: paste the cut ID card in the correct position.
5. Signature confirmation: carefully check whether there is any error in the employee information. If there is no mistake, you can sign in the specified position of the form for confirmation. The signature can be signed by the employee representative or the employee himself.
6. Paste the social security card digital photo receipt: paste the social security card digital photo receipt handed in by employees in the "photo paste place" on the back of the social security card registration form, and then fill in the name, ID number and check the gender on the receipt.
7. Stamp: Stamp the official seal at the designated position in the form, as shown in the figure. Take your bank card (private or not) and hand it in to the Social Security Bureau. You can get the social security card in about one to two months.
