There are two kinds of sorting for the final signature of word document contract: up-down sorting and parallel sorting. Sorting up and down means that Party A ranks above and Party B and Party A are aligned up and down, which is usually used when there are multiple words in the names of both parties or one party.
Parallel sorting means that Party A ranks first, and after a certain interval, Party B and Party A rank in the same row, which is usually used when there are few names of both parties.
