1. The basic concept of as-built drawings As-built drawings (paper as-built drawings and computer data of as-built drawings) are a "finalized" drawing drawn during the construction process of a construction project. It is the reflection of buildings and construction results on drawings (or graphic data). It is the most authentic record and the core of urban construction archives. 2. Scope of responsibilities for the preparation of as-built drawings The organization of the preparation of as-built drawings is the responsibility of the construction unit. The construction unit shall clarify issues related to the preparation of as-built drawings in the project design and construction contract according to the following provisions. In principle, the construction unit is responsible for preparing the paper as-built drawings. If major changes require redrawing the as-built drawings, the responsible party shall be responsible for the preparation. That is: if it is caused by design reasons, the design unit is responsible for redrawing; if it is caused by the construction unit, the construction unit is responsible for redrawing; if it is caused by the construction unit, the construction unit shall negotiate with the design unit and construction unit. The computer data of the as-built drawings shall be compiled by the design institute entrusted by Party A based on the paper as-built drawings prepared by the construction unit. 3. Preparation method of paper as-built drawings (1) For projects that are constructed according to the construction drawings without changes, the construction unit is responsible for stamping the "as-built drawings" mark on the original design construction drawings, which is regarded as the as-built drawings, (as-built drawing mark) The size of the chapter is uniformly 80mm*50mm). (2) If any general changes during construction can be modified and supplemented on the original design and construction drawings, the as-built drawings need not be redrawn. The construction unit will mark the modifications on the modified parts, mark the modifications with a black pen and mark the modifications. Indicate the lead line in the blank space near the part, stamp the modification sign stamp (the unified size of the modification sign stamp is 30mm*10mm), indicate the date, font, number, and strip of the modification order, and stamp it with the completion stamp, which will be regarded as the as-built drawing. If the revised drawing on the original drawing is unclear and difficult to identify due to major modifications, the modified parts should be framed in the blank space of the drawing or drawn on an additional page. After the modification is completed, the construction unit will stamp the completion stamp. (3) If there are project modifications, structural changes, process changes, floor layout changes and other major changes that make it inappropriate to modify and supplement the original construction design drawings, the as-built drawings shall be partially or completely redrawn. For redrawn as-built drawings (including computer-drawn ones), the drawing number in the drawing label column should be clearly marked with the words "construction completed, construction completed, water completed, electrical completed..." "or as-built version", etc., the drafter, reviewer All signatures of the person in charge and the person in charge are included. The date and edition number of the modified drawings shall be indicated and the construction unit shall stamp the completion stamp. 4. Requirements for the preparation of paper as-built drawings (1) The drawing of as-built drawings shall be organized, reviewed and signed by the engineering technical person in charge of the drawing unit, and shall bear technical responsibility. The as-built drawings drawn by the design unit must be reviewed and verified by the technical person in charge of the construction unit and stamped with a completion stamp. All as-built drawings must be signed and approved by the construction unit on the as-built stamp before they can be regarded as as-built drawings. (2) The drawing of as-built drawings must be based on valid records such as drawing review records, design modification and change notices, project negotiation contact sheets, and acceptance of concealed projects or actual measured quantities of the projects that have been implemented during the construction process. Prepare to ensure that the drawings and objects match. (3) The drawing of as-built drawings (including new drawings and revised drawings) must comply with national drawing standards and use legal units and texts stipulated by the state; the depth and expression methods must be consistent with the original design drawings. The coordinate elevation system should use Shenzhen coordinates and Yellow Sea elevation. For non-Shenzhen coordinates and Yellow Sea elevation, a conversion formula should be provided. (4) When making modifications and additions to the original construction drawings, the drawings are required to be neat, with clear lines and neat handwriting. Black drawing ink is used for drawings. Ballpoint pens or other easily fading inks are strictly prohibited to draw or change notes. All as-built drawings must be new blueprints. (5) As-built drawings of various municipal pipelines, roads, bridges, culverts, and tunnel projects should have plan and longitudinal sections drawn strictly to scale. The plan plan should indicate the position coordinates and elevations of plan element points such as the starting point of the project center line, corner points, intersection points, and equipment points. Pipeline projects along the road should also indicate the distance between the center line of the project and the center line of the existing road or planned road. (6) National standard drawings at or above the ministerial level used in the project do not need to be included in the as-built drawings, but any changes resulting from the use of national standard drawings should be included in the as-built drawings. 5. Summary of paper as-built drawings After the completion of the project, the summary of as-built drawings shall be carried out in accordance with the following provisions: (1) Each subcontracting unit that implements general contracting of a construction project shall be responsible for preparing as-built drawings within the scope of the subcontracting. In addition to preparing as-built drawings for self-construction, the unit shall also be responsible for summarizing the as-built drawings prepared by subcontracting units. When the general contractor delivers the work, it shall submit to the construction unit all complete and accurate as-built drawings within the scope of the general contracting. (2) If a construction project is contracted by the construction unit to several construction units, each construction unit shall be responsible for preparing the as-built drawings of the contracted projects, and the construction unit shall be responsible for summarizing them.
