2. Fill in the "Guangdong Province "Occupational Qualification Skill Appraisal Application Form" (click to download), attach a photo and stamp it.

4. Two copies each of academic certificate, ID card original and photocopy. Be sure to bring the originals with you on the day of application

5. Original training completion certificate and photocopies

6. Application fee (must bring cash and change by yourself, cards are not accepted)

(1) Level 1 Human Resources Manager: 700 yuan; Level 2 Human Resources Manager: 600 yuan; assistant human resources manager: 310 yuan.

(2) First-level corporate trainer: 700 yuan; second-level corporate trainer: 600 yuan; assistant corporate trainer: 310 yuan.
