1. Process of receiving unemployment benefits
1. After the employer terminates the labor relationship with the employee, go to the Social Security Bureau;
2. After the unit terminates the labor relationship with its employees, it must go to the Unemployment Insurance Office of the Employment Bureau within 7 days to apply for the unemployment registration and filing manual;
3. After review, if the conditions are met, the Unemployment Insurance Office will issue a " The employer will promptly deliver the Unemployment Insurance Benefit Notification to the unemployed person;
4. Within 60 days after the employer terminates the labor relationship with the unemployed person, the unemployed person shall hold the Unemployment Insurance Benefit Notification and Identity Bring the original ID card and 4 one-inch bareheaded photos of yourself to the training office of the Employment Bureau and the employment agency center to register for vocational training and job search respectively;
5. Unemployed persons must hold the "Unemployment Insurance Fund Issuance Notice" and the household registration book , original ID card, and 2 one-inch bareheaded photos of yourself, go to the sub-district office where your household registration is located to handle unemployment registration procedures and sign for monthly unemployment insurance benefits.
2. Conditions for receiving unemployment benefits
1. Have participated in unemployment insurance in accordance with regulations and have paid cumulative contributions for one year;
2. Interrupted employment without one’s will;
3. Have registered as unemployed and need to find a job.
3. Documents required for receiving unemployment benefits
1. ID card;
2. Household registration booklet;
3. Termination of labor Proof of relationship;
4. Labor contract;
5. Unemployment insurance payment notice;
6. 4 one-inch bareheaded photos of yourself.
Remarks:
1. Items 1-4 are required for registration and filing of unemployed persons, and items 1, 5, and 6 are required for applying for unemployment benefits.
2. After the registration of unemployed persons, the unemployment insurance payment notification will be issued.
3. Persons with non-urban household registration in other places do not need to provide photos to receive unemployment benefits, and do not need to register for vocational training and job hunting.
4. Unemployment Benefit Receipt Period According to Article 17 of the "Unemployment Insurance Regulations": An unemployed person shall receive unemployment insurance benefits if the employer where he worked before losing his job and the person who paid the total contribution time in accordance with the regulations is more than 1 year but less than 5 years. The maximum period for receiving unemployment insurance benefits is 12 months; if the cumulative payment period is more than 5 years but less than 10 years, the maximum period for receiving unemployment insurance benefits is 18 months; if the cumulative payment period is more than 10 years, the maximum period for receiving unemployment insurance benefits is 24 months. If you are unemployed again after re-employment, the payment period will be recalculated, and the period for receiving unemployment insurance benefits can be combined with the period for unemployment insurance benefits that should be received but have not been received when you were previously unemployed, but the maximum period shall not exceed 24 months.
