In rural areas, brothers generally sign agreements, while parents generally don't. The separation agreement shall also be signed by other witnesses. In judicial practice, if parents raise objections, the agreement will be controversial; If parents have died, it is valid without their signatures.

As long as the agreement is voluntary, the expression of will is true, and it does not violate the mandatory provisions of laws and regulations, and does not violate public order and good customs. It is legal and effective in principle.
