Critical reporting time
Critical value reporting time shall not exceed 15 minutes.
When the staff of the medical technology department finds the "critical value" situation, the inspector (inspector) must first confirm whether the instruments, equipment and inspection process are normal and the operation is correct; Check whether the test specimens are wrong, whether the test items are self-controlled, calibrated and reagents are normal, and whether the instrument transmission is wrong.
