1. After opening the ppt file, the following prompt pops up, prompting you to click Repair;
2. After clicking the "Repair" button, an inaccessible prompt will appear;
3. When such a problem occurs, we can right-click the ppt file that cannot be opened, select properties, click Unlock, and then click OK;
The above methods can only solve this problem temporarily. If you want to solve it completely, open the Internet option, switch to the "Advanced" tab, cancel "Check the signature of the downloaded program" and click OK;
5. After opening a ppt file, click File-Options;
6. Click Trust Center-Trust Center Settings;
7. Uncheck the three options under Protected View.
The above is the solution for everyone to open the ppt file in the computer and prompt the access error. Friends in need may wish to refer to it.
