Use "iTunesStore and AppStore" in the phone settings to find your Apple ID "AppleID: xxx@xxx.xxx", then click "View AppleID" and cancel in the subscription. The specific operation method is as follows:

1. Turn on the phone, find "Settings" on the desktop, and click to enter.

2. After entering the settings, find the "iTunesStore and AppStore" item, and then click to enter.

3. After entering iTunesStore and AppStore, find the "AppleID" item and click to enter.

6. After entering, find the applemusic membership service and click Cancel Subscription.

If this method cannot cancel the Applemusic subscription, you can call Apple’s customer service number, and the customer service can cancel the Applemusic subscription in the background.
