According to the "Opinions of the Ministry of Education on Further Improving and Standardizing the Pilot Work of Independent Enrollment in Colleges and Universities" (Jiaoshu [2014] No. 18) and the spirit of relevant documents, in order to further deepen the pilot reform of the college admissions examination system, in 2015 we The school continues to recruit outstanding high school graduates who meet the training requirements of our school through independent enrollment.
1. Registration conditions
To register for the 2015 National Unified College Entrance Examination, you must be qualified in political, ideological and moral character, be physically and mentally healthy, have ideals, have a positive and healthy outlook on life and values, and have excellent grades. Outstanding high school graduates who have strong interest in a certain independent enrollment major of our school, have subject expertise and innovation potential related to the major, and can provide corresponding certification materials.
In 2015, 18 majors in our school participated in independent enrollment. Among them, the economic management experimental class and the law major accepted both arts and sciences, while other majors only admitted science and engineering. Please see Appendix 1 for the specific registration requirements and introduction of each major.
2. Enrollment Plan
The 2015 independent enrollment plan is within 5% (175 students) of the total annual undergraduate enrollment plan of our school, and is open to enrollment nationwide.
3. Registration and online review
Candidates must register online individually and mail paper application materials as required. During the registration process, the middle school where the candidate is located and the middle school he attended in high school should truthfully provide information on the candidate's moral, intellectual, physical and aesthetic development in high school based on the candidate's student status file, school performance, and in accordance with the requirements of our school, including the high school coursework. Information and related achievements, academic proficiency test results, social welfare activities, award certificates, and other realistic materials that reflect the development of students' comprehensive quality. In order to ensure that the candidate materials are authentic and credible, middle schools must publish the list of all confirmed and recommended candidates and related materials, and accept the supervision of all candidates and society.
1. Online registration and online review
Candidates must log in to the "Pilot University Independent Enrollment Registration System" from 12:00 on March 6, 2015 to 12:00 on March 26, 2015. (Website: /zzbm) To register online, you must upload scanned copies of the "Application Report" and various "certification materials" when registering (the "Application Report" must comply with the writing standards in Appendix 4).
Our school has established an online review expert group to review online registration materials. If the online registration materials are incomplete, or the "application report" and "certification materials" submitted fail to show that the candidate meets the registration conditions and registration requirements for the major applied for, the candidate will not be able to pass the online review.
The candidate’s middle school, social groups or individual experts can provide recommendation materials (recommendation letters and other materials that can prove the candidate’s subject expertise and innovative potential) in real names, and are responsible for their authenticity. Recommendation materials provided by individual experts must be signed by the recommender. Recommendation materials provided by high schools, social groups, etc. must be stamped with the official seal of the unit. Recommendation materials must be mailed directly to our school and cannot be handed over to the candidates themselves to mail along with the application materials. See Appendix 5 for specific requirements.
For candidates from the central and western regions and rural areas, the requirements for certification materials can be appropriately reduced.
For previous candidates, only candidates with outstanding “subject expertise and innovative potential” will be accepted and the best will enter the preliminary review. In principle, the 2014 college entrance examination scores (including policy bonus points) should reach our school’s 2014 local results. The minimum admission score for similar unified admissions programs is less than 50 points (certificates of the 2014 college entrance examination scores must be uploaded when registering online).
2. Mail written materials
Candidates who pass the online review are required to mail written materials on time. Please bind the written materials in the following order: registration form, application report, award certificate and other copies of the materials uploaded in the registration system (must be stamped with the official seal of the middle school), and a copy of the front and back of the second-generation ID card. Please send written materials via China Post Express Mail (EMS). All written materials must be mailed to the admissions office of our school before 12:00 on March 31, 2015. If you exceed the deadline, you will not be able to participate in the preliminary review.
IV. Selection Procedure
1. Preliminary Review
Our school will organize an expert review team to conduct a preliminary review of the candidates' application materials. The focus of the preliminary review is to review whether the candidate's application materials are authentic and credible, and evaluate the application report, academic performance, high school academic proficiency test scores, comprehensive quality evaluation, participation in extracurricular practical activities, etc., which will be recorded as the "preliminary evaluation of growth experience"; An evaluation of the subject expertise and innovation potential related to the applied major reflected in the application materials will be recorded as the "Preliminary Evaluation of Expertise and Potential". The candidate's "Preliminary Evaluation of Growth Experience" and "Preliminary Evaluation of Specialties and Potential" each account for 50%*** and form the "Preliminary Evaluation" results together. Based on the results of the "preliminary evaluation" and the registration status of each major and province, we will select the best candidates and finally determine the list of candidates who have passed the preliminary evaluation and are qualified to come to the school to take the assessment.
Candidates who complete the registration as required and win the first prize or above in the provincial competition area of ??the National Olympiad (Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Informatics) in high school will directly pass the preliminary review and be admitted to the school. Eligibility to participate in the assessment.
Candidates can check the results of the preliminary review in the "Pilot College Independent Enrollment Registration System" at the end of April 2015. At the same time, our school will submit the preliminary review list to the Ministry of Education's "Sunshine College Entrance Examination" platform for public announcement. Those who have no objections to the public announcement have officially obtained the qualification to come to the school for assessment.
2. Assessment
Candidates who have passed the preliminary examination should come to our school to take the assessment on June 13-14, 2015. Assessment forms include professional ability tests (written tests, on-site demonstrations, experimental design operations, computer tests, etc.), interviews, leaderless group discussions, etc.
The assessment focuses on the candidates’ outlook on life, values, psychological quality, professional learning ability and subject expertise, innovative spirit and potential, logical thinking ability, language expression ability, communication ability and teamwork ability, etc. Ability and quality are evaluated to comprehensively evaluate the candidate's subject expertise and innovation potential level. This part of the score is recorded as the "Evaluation of Expertise and Potential" score.
For specific arrangements, please refer to the examination notice issued at the end of April. There is no review outline for this assessment.
3. Recognition
Comprehensive score = "Preliminary Evaluation of Growth Experience" score × 25% + "Strength and Potential Evaluation" score × 75%. Based on the comprehensive results, taking into account the number of majors and provinces participating in the assessment, as well as the local admissions situation of our school in previous years, the list of qualified candidates, recognized majors and preferential scores are determined. The determination results will be reported to the Ministry of Education's "Sunshine College Entrance Examination" platform for public announcement. If there are no objections, the determination results will officially take effect. In principle, the number of recognized students is 1.2 to 2 times the number in the independent enrollment plan.
Candidates are requested to go to the "Pilot University Independent Enrollment Registration System" after June 22 to check the certification scores and certification results. If the major catalog is adjusted in 2015, candidates’ final majors will be adjusted accordingly.
4. Preferential score
The preferential score refers to the maximum difference that can be achieved between the candidate’s college entrance examination scores (including policy bonus points) and our school’s simulated entry line for similar local unified recruitment plans. value. The simulated admissions line is calculated and generated by the local provincial admissions office based on the final admission ratios of all colleges and universities in the province for undergraduate admissions.
Preferential points include 10 points, 20 points, 30 points, 40 points, and 50 points, as follows:
Except for majors in transportation (high-speed railway passenger transportation organization and services) , the preferential points generally include 20 points, 30 points, and 40 points, and the preferential points in Jiangsu and Shanghai include 10 points, 20 points, and 30 points.

Based on the evaluation of candidates’ subject expertise and innovation potential, the proportion of the number of people certified with preferential scores in the three grades to the total number of people certified in this major is determined. Generally, the middle range accounts for about 40%, and the higher preferential score range is only for candidates with outstanding subject expertise and innovative potential, and is generally not higher than 20%.
For candidates who have won the third prize in the National Olympiads (Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Informatics) at the high school level or above and obtained the qualifications, the college entrance examination scores (including policy bonus points) will reach the local level. The control line can be admitted.
5. Application and admission
Certified candidates must take part in the 2015 National Unified College Entrance Examination and must fill in the form in accordance with the unified arrangements of the local provincial admissions office (examination institute) and the requirements of our school. Independent enrollment. Our school requires: If you wish to take the college entrance examination, please fill in our school and fill in the recognized majors. The non-recognized majors reported are invalid.
Deciding whether to admit or not will be based on the independent enrollment wishes of the certified candidates, college entrance examination scores (including policy bonus points), publicized preferential scores, recognized majors, and our school’s simulated admission lines in the province where the candidates are located. V. Leadership and Supervision Mechanism
1. Independent enrollment is part of the school’s undergraduate enrollment work and is conducted under the leadership of the school’s enrollment leadership group.
2. In the process of independent enrollment, our school follows the principles of "fairness, impartiality, openness, comprehensive evaluation, and merit-based admissions", and conducts interviews with relevant middle schools, the school, the provincial admissions offices where students come from, and the Ministry of Education. The school's admission brochure, application conditions, admissions majors, admissions plans, list of registered candidates, assessment procedures, assessment and evaluation rules, list of qualified candidates, admission preferential policies, admission results, candidate consultation and appeal channels, and violations of regulations are disclosed in a timely manner on the college entrance examination information release platform. All information including processing results, freshmen review results, etc.
3. As part of the college entrance examination enrollment system, independent enrollment has the same seriousness as the college entrance examination. According to the regulations of the Ministry of Education, in the independent enrollment of colleges and universities, "there are violations of promises and operations, false reports or forgery, fabrication of relevant materials, cheating on exams, taking exams for others, and other fraud and malpractice for personal gain." Personnel will be severely dealt with in accordance with the "Measures for Handling Violations in National Educational Examinations" (Ministry of Education Order No. 33) and the "Interim Measures for Handling Violations in the Enrollment of General Colleges and Universities" (Ministry of Education Order No. 36). For the relevant middle schools responsible, the relevant provincial education administrative departments will be instructed to deal with it seriously, the relevant persons in charge of the middle schools will be held accountable, and the cases will be reported to relevant universities or nationwide depending on the severity of the case.

Our school does not charge registration and assessment fees for independent enrollment, and other expenses such as transportation fees, accommodation fees, etc. are borne by yourself.
