Whether the electronic contract is safe or not depends on the legal effect of the electronic signature (electronic seal). The legal effect of electronic signature comes from Article 14 of People's Republic of China (PRC) Electronic Signature Law: A reliable electronic signature has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature or seal. Article 13 of the law also defines four effective elements.

Third,? The signature has not been changed: the national authoritative CA organization issues the certificate, and ensures the uniqueness of the fingerprint of the certificate, making the certificate itself anti-counterfeiting.

Fourth,? The original text has not been changed: the contract document is converted into a tamper-proof PDF, stamped with an electronic signature embedded with a credible time stamp, and jointly saved by the authoritative judicial authentication center and our platform, which can verify the authenticity of the contract.
