Applicants should print the Application Form for Studying Abroad in the National Scholarship Fund Committee and sign it in the column of "Applicant's Signature", and submit it to the accepting unit for review together with the online registration attachment materials.

After the online application form is formally submitted and accepted by the accepting unit, the relevant information in the form (such as study period, study abroad country, etc. ) can't be modified. Individuals who fail to complete the submission within the online registration time limit will lose their eligibility to declare.
