1. Report:
General insurance companies are required to report accidents within 48 hours.

2. Investigate and determine the damage.
(1) The inspector shall complete the on-site investigation and inspection within 1 working days after receiving the back office notice from the insurance company (the inspection of damaged objects in different places can be completed by the local insurance company within 3 working days);

(3) Guide customers to fill in relevant claim documents.
3. Sign for and check the claim documents
(1) Backstage personnel of the business department and insurance branches review the claims documents submitted by customers, explain the documents that customers need to pay for with incomplete procedures, and then return them to customers. For claims with complete documents, Huang Lian will sign the insurance report (claim) and return it to the insured (in duplicate);
(2) After sorting out the documents and stored materials, submit them to the Compensation Department of the Property Insurance Department.
4. Adjustment review
(1) After receiving the information submitted by the background, the manager of the compensation department will review and sign the handover book with complete documents;
(2) All compensation cases must be adjusted within 3 working days and submitted to the head of the compensation department for review.
