EXCEL07 version 07, how to preview and print the letterhead of each page is the same, but the "letterhead (such as signature and date)" of each page is also the same.
When we use excel to make tables, in most cases, the header title and bottom content of each table are the same. See the method of automatically displaying the same header title on each page when printing. The method of automatically displaying the same bottom content on each page when printing is as follows:

1. Click File-Page Setup in the menu bar, as shown below:

2. In the page setup window, click the Header/Footer option, as shown below:

3. Click the down arrow on the right at the foot of the page to display the contents of the built-in footer. We can choose a suitable content, as follows:

4. If there is nothing we want, we can click "Custom Footer", as shown below:

5. The Footer dialog box appears, and the custom footer content is divided into three columns: left, middle and right. We can click and enter the content according to the position of the content in our footer. The content entered in the left column is automatically aligned to the left, the content in the middle column is automatically aligned to the center, and the content in the right column is automatically aligned to the right. Because the contents of the three columns are automatically aligned, sometimes they may not meet our alignment requirements, so we can only adjust the alignment position by pressing the space bar. If we want to set the font, we can click the "A" button on the input box and set it in the font setting dialog box that appears. As shown in the figure below:

The contents entered in the following three columns are the contents at the bottom of our common table. Click OK after the input is completed:

6. Click OK and return to the page setup window. At this time, the "footer" has become the content in the three columns we entered above. Click OK, and we will print a preview to see if it meets the requirements. If not, we can repeat the above steps to modify it. As shown in the figure below:

The following figure shows the effect of print preview. If the distance between the footer and the table does not meet the requirements, you can set the distance between the footer and the table when setting the margins. For example, the footer content (the content at the bottom of the table) below is too far away from the table, so we can adjust the footer distance a little larger when setting up the page.
