Chapter I Transfer

Article 1 students are not allowed to transfer at will. If it is really necessary to transfer due to legitimate reasons such as parents' job transfer and household registration transfer, the students and their guardians shall submit a written application, and transfer to or from the school shall be approved by the municipal education administrative department before transfer.

Article 2 For students who need to go through the transfer formalities, their parents or other legal guardians shall apply to the school to be transferred, fill in the Application Form for Transfer of Primary and Secondary School Students in Sichuan Province (attachment 1), and attach relevant supporting materials (including household registration certificate, parents' work transfer certificate, legal guardian's household register of their children with the same household registration, and basic information form of transfer students printed by the school). Students who meet the transfer conditions shall apply for transfer by the transfer school in the "State Grid", upload the transfer application form and other relevant supporting materials, and go through the transfer formalities at the "State Grid" with the school education administrative department. In addition to requiring parents to provide accurate information about their school status (such as the basic information form printed by the transfer school (student status card) and the supporting materials that need to be uploaded in the student status system to explain the reasons for transfer), the paper transfer approval form is cancelled.

The transfer-in and transfer-out schools and the education administrative departments of the two places shall complete the transfer of student status within 10 working days respectively. After the transfer of student status, the transferring school should transfer the student status file in time and settle it within 1 month. After a student transfers to another school or enters a higher school, the transfer to the school shall be based on the student status file received.

Article 3 Students shall apply for transfer before the end of the semester or within 5 working days after the start of the new semester. In principle, it is not allowed to transfer halfway. In principle, the sixth grade and the ninth grade in the second semester will not be transferred.

Article 4 Students from special education schools who transfer to ordinary schools to study in regular classes, or disabled students from ordinary schools who transfer to special education schools, may transfer their school status to a new school or remain in the original school.

Article 5 The management of students' status follows the principle of "following the membership and following the people". In addition to ordinary schools to receive students from special schools to study in regular classes and special education schools, schools may not accept students who fail to go through the transfer formalities according to regulations. Students who meet the transfer conditions shall not refuse to transfer in or out without reason. Under special circumstances, the higher education administrative department has the right to make overall arrangements for students to transfer to other schools.
