4. Complete the electronic signature, and then submit the PDF application form, and the market supervision and management system will automatically record the information. After waiting for 3-6 days, you can see the changed information on the query results. If it is "registered" or "completed", it means it has been completed.
5. Whether the application is under review or completed, you can check the status of the application in the application record. You need to pay attention to check whether the PDF application form has been uploaded successfully and whether it is "pending approval". If the upload is unsuccessful, you need to perform the upload step again.
The following documents shall be submitted when the company's supervisors change: 1. Submit the dismissal certificate of the original legal representative and the copy of the appointment certificate and identity certificate of the new supervisor.
