Sun Yat-sen University is the highest institution of learning in South China and a national key comprehensive research university. Sun Yat-sen University was founded in 1924, formerly known as National Guangdong University. It was founded by Dr. Sun Yat-sen after integrating Guangdong Normal University, Guangzhou University of Public Law and Guangdong Public Agricultural College.
