For projects developed by stages, if the time interval between two price filing applications is less than one year, the price shall be approved in principle according to the previous filing price. If the time interval for filing the application price exceeds one year, you can re-apply for filing price approval according to the pricing guidance process, but the online signing price of the previous project should be given priority.
For the pre-sale of commercial housing and commercial apartment projects, the filing price shall not be raised in principle.

The average price per square meter of rough houses is divided into four grades: below 60,000 yuan, from 60,000 yuan to 80,000 yuan, from 80,000 yuan to 6,543.8+million yuan and above 6,543.8+million yuan, and the corresponding maximum refined decoration prices per square meter are 3,000 yuan, 4,000 yuan, 5,000 yuan and 6,000 yuan respectively.
