2. After the installation and commissioning of tower crane is completed, the lessor shall conduct self-inspection and the lessee shall cooperate. The self-inspection report shall be signed and sealed by the qualified parties, the lessee and the lessor. The lessor will hand over the tower crane to the lessee for use in the construction site, and the lessee will sign and seal the confirmation letter of tower crane use.
3. If the tower crane is used for less than one month, the rental fee shall be calculated by the day. Calculation method: monthly rent divided by 30 days.
4. During the construction period, if the work is stopped due to reasons other than the lessor, the lessee will still calculate and pay the lessor's rent as agreed in the contract;
5. The lessee shall not operate the tower crane by himself, otherwise it will bear all the losses caused thereby.
Damage and loss of leased machinery
