2. Click Enter, log in to your email address 163, and then find and click the "Settings" option at the top of the main interface.
3. Find and click the "Signature/Electronic Business Card" option on the left side of the page.
4. Under signature settings, select the "New Text Signature" option. After setting the title, add work information such as work unit and telephone number in the space below.
5. Click the "Save and set as default" option, and the signature will be automatically inserted at the bottom of each sent email.
