Import the flag material into PS, and then use the text tool in the toolbar to enter your last name.
Right-click the rasterized layer, and then click "fx" below to add bevel and relief.
Adjust the parameters of the layer style, and finally add a projection adjustment parameter to complete the avatar.
Go to the photo page and click on the blank photo.
Click Edit in the upper right corner.
Click the ellipsis in the upper right corner.
Pop up the white box and click the mark.
Click the plus sign in the lower right corner.
A white box pops up, and click the text.
Double-click the text of the picture.
Enter words in the picture, taking Li as an example.
Click Finish in the upper right corner.
Click on the icon of the size below.
Slide to resize the text. The larger the font on the right, the smaller the font on the left.
Click Finish in the upper right corner.
Click Finish in the lower right corner.
Enter Win 10 system and click "start"-"settings".
Open Windows Settings, and then click Accounts.
Click "Account Information" to see that the avatar cannot be deleted.
Open the directory c: useradminstratrapdata. Note that the appdata folder is invisible by default and needs to be set in View-Options.
Open the avatar folder c: usersadministratorappdataromaningMicrosoft Windows Accounts, and store the used and used avatar pictures.
Delete the avatar picture, reopen the "Account Information" and see that the avatar has been deleted.
