If it is believed that the police handling the case, the judge, the recorder, and the translator have any of the following circumstances, they have the right to apply for recusal in accordance with the law:
(1) They are parties to the case or are parties to the case. Close relatives;
(2) The person or his close relatives have an interest in the case;
(3) Served as a witness, appraiser, defender, or litigation agent in the case or has other relationships with the parties to the case, which may affect the fair handling of the case. You can apply for reconsideration of the decision to reject the application for avoidance.
The public security organ has the right to apply for reconsideration if it fails to investigate or file a case. If it is believed that the public security organ should file a case but does not file a case for investigation, it has the right to file a complaint with the People's Procuratorate.
Those who are not proficient in the local common spoken and written language have the right to request an interpreter and the right to report crimes and accept inquiries in their own ethnic language.

The facts of the case must be truthfully stated and evidence provided, and those who are falsely accused or framed shall bear legal responsibility.

You are not allowed to bring dangerous goods or controlled equipment into the reporting area, you are not allowed to insult, beat, or threaten the police officers and staff involved in the case, you are not allowed to stay or cause trouble in the reporting area, or you are not allowed to leave people who cannot take care of themselves at the reporting area.
