Nie Hualing (1925 65438+ 101-). Born in Wuhan, Yingshan, Hubei, 1948 graduated from the Foreign Languages Department of National Central University (predecessor of Nanjing University). In the same year, he published his first work Amoeba under a pseudonym. From 65438 to 0964, he lived in the United States, applied for a job in Washington Writers' Studio, taught at the University of Iowa, and was engaged in writing and painting at the same time. Because of the establishment of the international writers' writing room, he is called the architect of the world painting organization and the first person in the world literature organization. His representative works include the short story Jade Cat, Little White Flower, Anecdotes of Taiwan Province, the novel Lost Jin Lingzi, Beyond Qianshan, Running Water, Sang Qing and Peach Blossom, the prose collection Dream Valley Thirty Years Later and the translated Flower Selection.

He was a member of the editorial board of Free China and the editor-in-chief of Literature and Art. 1960, the magazine was closed and the host Lei Zhen was arrested. She lost her teaching job in Taiwan Province Law and Business School and was cut off from the outside world. Since 1950s, it has been listed in the Top 0 Asian Novels 100. His article "Dear Mom and Dad" was selected as the fifth lesson in the first volume of the Chinese textbook published by People's Education Press for Grade Two.
