1. If you don't pay the freight, you generally don't need to call the police. Whether the goods can be detained without paying the freight needs to be analyzed according to the specific situation:
1. If the shipper or consignee fails to pay the freight, storage fee or other expenses, the carrier shall have a lien on the goods, unless otherwise agreed by the parties. Unless otherwise agreed by the parties, if the shipper or consignee fails to pay the freight or storage fee, the carrier shall have a lien on the goods;
2.
