You can bring a lawsuit to the local court and ask for the termination of the contract.

According to Article 54 of the Contract Law, one party has the right to request the people's court or arbitration institution to modify or terminate the following contracts:

1 concluded due to major misunderstanding.

Signing a contract is obviously unfair.

If one party causes the other party to conclude a contract against its true meaning by means of fraud, coercion or taking advantage of the danger of others, the injured party has the right to request the people's court or arbitration institution to change or cancel it.

The people's court or arbitration institution shall not revoke the request of the parties.

If a lawsuit is involved, please ask a local lawyer to help you solve it.
