The latter two are easy to do, as long as the first one is done well.
Food and beverage license is troublesome, a * * * to use six kinds of documents:
1 More than two health certificates are required, 2. My ID card, lease contract of three stores (signed by both parties and thumbprinted), 4. Shop floor plan (if you want to apply for a permit, ask the staff to give you a version that you can't understand), 5. Notice of pre-approval of industrial and commercial name (if you get the business window, it is the name of the store), 6. Food hygiene training certificate (obtained from the municipal government office). All the above are ready to be submitted to the accreditation office (usually the accreditation service hall in the town), which may take a month or two, because it has to be submitted to the province for approval. During this period, it can be opened first, and generally it will not be checked.
Doing this and other things well is very simple, so I won't say it. Based on experience ... I hope everything goes well.
