2013 Yantai Civil Servant Interview Qualification Review Notice

1. Scope of personnel entering the qualification review

II. Qualification review time and place
The city’s interview qualification review is scheduled to be held on May 19, one day, 8:30-12:00 am, 1:30 pm -5:00. The interview qualification review process for those who apply for positions in Yantai City and Changdao County government agencies (including reference management units), Kunyu Mountain Reserve agencies and public security (forest police), courts, procuratorates, industry and commerce, and local tax systems will be reviewed in the Yantai Talent Market ( No. 128-108, Guanhai Road, Laishan District, Yantai City. The interview qualification review process for civil servants (excluding public security, forest police, courts, and procuratorate systems) recruited by county and township government examinations will be organized by the relevant county and city civil servant departments. The qualification review location is shown in Appendix 1.
3. Qualification review work arrangement
(1) Materials to be submitted during the qualification review. Those who enter the pre-interview qualification review must be present in person within the specified time to submit relevant certification materials, written examination admission ticket, "Registration Form for Recruitment of Civil Servants", autographed "Letter of Integrity Commitment for Application for Civil Servants" and a 1-inch recent free crown. 5 photos (the same as the photos uploaded during registration). Relevant certification materials mainly include:
1. Fresh graduates who apply for the exam must submit a second-generation ID card, household registration certificate (provided by junior college students), and an employment recommendation form issued by the school (those with a second minor major must be The academic affairs department of the school shall issue a certificate of the major studied, and must indicate the academic qualifications or degrees that can be obtained).
2. Non-fresh graduates who apply for social recruitment positions must submit a nationally recognized academic certificate (must be obtained before March 15, 2013; those who have returned from overseas studies must also submit it to the Academic Degrees Committee of the State Council and the academic qualification or degree certification procedures issued by the Ministry of Education's Overseas Study Service Center authorized by the Ministry of Education and the relevant certification materials issued by the embassy and consulate must be obtained before March 15, 2013), second-generation ID card, household registration book, among which the employed personnel must also A letter of introduction from a department or unit with personnel management authority should be submitted. 3. Grassroots service project personnel who apply for directional examination positions must, in addition to producing nationally recognized academic certificates, second-generation ID cards, registration certificates issued by the employment authority in the year of graduation and other relevant certification materials, participate in " Those who participate in the project of “recruiting college graduates to work in villages” shall issue certification materials certified by the competent authorities at or above the county level; those who participate in the “Three Supports and One Support” project shall submit the “Three Supports and One Support” work coordination and management office of Shandong Province. Personnel who have been employed in grassroots service projects in government agencies and institutions must also submit certification materials issued by the civil servants department at the same level proving that they have not enjoyed the preferential policies for grassroots service projects.
4. Those who apply for the position of first-time judge or prosecutor must submit the "Legal Professional Qualification Certificate" or "Lawyer Qualification Certificate"; those who work as lawyers should also submit the "Lawyer Qualification Certificate" or "Lawyer Qualification Certificate" "Application for Lawyer Practitioner Internship Certificate"; legal work experience certificate issued by the work unit (if the candidate's current unit is inconsistent with the work unit where the candidate worked during the legal work experience, it must be issued by the candidate's work unit during the legal work experience).
5. If the recruitment position has other requirements, corresponding supporting materials must be submitted. Those who apply for positions that require legal professional qualification certificates, accounting professional qualification certificates, College English Level 6 certificates, and National Computer Rank Examination Level 2 certificates must provide the corresponding certificates. Those who have passed the judicial examination but have not yet been issued a legal professional qualification certificate must provide the corresponding certificates. Personnel applying for the public security (forest police) and prison (people's police) system must first undergo an on-site visual inspection or initial physical examination at the above-required qualification review time and place. After passing the examination, they must submit relevant qualification review materials to the designated location. Those who fail the on-site visual inspection (preliminary physical examination) will be disqualified from the interview. Those who meet the interview conditions after review need to pay an interview fee of 70 yuan and receive an interview notice at the same time. Those who do not meet the application requirements after review will be disqualified from the interview. Those who do not participate in the interview qualification review due to personal reasons should inform the civil servants at the same level in writing in advance. Vacancies in positions due to abstention or disqualification will be filled in descending order according to written test scores (above the written test passing score line).
IV. Other matters
(1) The city’s civil servant recruitment interviews are scheduled to be held on June 2, lasting one day. Please refer to the interview notice for details regarding interviews.
