Measures for the implementation of mental health examination of citizens eligible for enlistment

The psychological test of citizens applying for enlistment is a part of the physical examination of conscription, so it is necessary to specially deploy psychological testers to form a psychological test department and organize the implementation of psychological tests.

I. Composition of the Inspection Team

The psychological testing department is generally composed of 4-5 people.

Among them, the person in charge of psychological test 1 person (concurrently held by psychological interviewer), the person in charge of computer test 2-3 people, the person in charge of psychological interview test 1 person, and the person in charge of paper and pencil intelligence test 1 person.

Psychological interviewers should be professional and technical personnel at or above the intermediate level in psychology or psychiatry; Computer testers should be familiar with the installation, application and uninstallation of psychological testing software; Paper-and-pencil intelligence testers are required to have primary or above professional and technical positions. Training should be organized before the psychological test begins.

Second, the detection conditions

1. venue setting: the psychological examination department should set up a computer examination room, a paper-and-pencil intelligence test room and a psychological interview room. The computer test room should be neat, bright, quiet and warm. The test computer and supporting tables and chairs can be placed loosely indoors, and enough space should be left between the seats. Paper-and-pencil intelligence test room and psychological interview room require clean, bright and quiet rooms with several desks and chairs.

2. Computer detection: The minimum configuration of computer hardware should be: P Ⅲ 1G, 64M memory,1g available hard disk space, USB interface, CD-ROM drive, standard keyboard (key10/102), and WINDOWS 98SE or above. The 100 youth who register for physical examination at the last stop usually need to be equipped with a 10- 15 computer.

3. Paper-and-pencil intelligence test: Prepare enough test papers for digital operation test, digital search test and word reasoning test in advance, generally according to 20% of the number of people who experienced at the last stop; Prepare 1 stopwatch and a certain number of pencils, ballpoint pens and pens.

4. Psychological interview: Prepare a sufficient number of structured psychological interview records (attached) of the citizens to be applied for in advance, generally according to 20% of the number of physical examination in the morning station. Prepare a structured psychological interview outline for citizens who plan to recruit medical staff in advance.

According to the number of physical examination in the station, prepare a sufficient number of registration cards for psychological test of applicants in advance and post relevant test instructions.

Third, the detection method

Psychological tests are generally arranged after the end of other physical examination items. All subjects should be tested by computer first, including computer intelligence test and computer personality test. If the computer test is qualified, directly make a "qualified" conclusion; If the computer intelligence test fails, increase the paper-and-pencil intelligence test; If the computer personality test is unqualified or invalid, a structured psychological interview will be conducted.

1. Computer testing: The testing staff pre-writes four ID numbers for the subjects on the Registration Form of Psychological Physical Examination for Applicants (attached) according to the number of physical examinations at the last stop, starting from 000 1. After the candidates are in place, the staff will explain the operation methods and steps of answering questions. The candidates fill in their personal information on the psychological test registration card of the candidates and read the operation instructions in detail, then raise their hands. The staff enters the administrator password, enters the detection system, and assists the customer to enter the ID code. Then, the subjects began to answer the questions in the test. After answering the questions, the system will automatically return to the "waiting interface". Testers confirm and fill in the test results in the Applicant's Psychological Test Registration Form.

The test result shows "(1)", which means that the test is "qualified"; Display "(2)" indicates that it is necessary to add a paper-and-pencil intelligence test; Display "(3)", indicating the need for structured psychological interviews; If "(2) and (3)" are displayed at the same time, it means that the paper-and-pencil intelligence test and structured psychological interview need to be added.

2. Paper-and-pencil intelligence test: First, determine the specific items of the paper-and-pencil intelligence test according to the test results of the Registration Form of Citizen Applicants' Psychological Test. If one or more of the number operation test, number search test and word reasoning test in computer intelligence test fail, the paper-and-pencil intelligence test should be added. Then, the staff explained the test purpose and answering requirements to the subjects, distributed the test papers, and the subjects began to answer questions after filling in their names and ID numbers. 3. Structured psychological interview: The interviewer conducts interrogation according to the pre-set interview outline and makes records.

Fourth, the result judgment

After the psychological test, the computer tester, the paper-and-pencil intelligence tester and the psychological interviewer fill in the test results respectively according to the test situation, and make a conclusion of "qualified" or "unqualified" on the Applicant's Psychological Test Registration Form, and indicate the reasons for the unqualified person; All individual test forms and test registration cards are reviewed by the person in charge of psychological test, and then a comprehensive conclusion is made and signed. Paste the Registration Form of Citizen Applicants' Psychological Test in the "Auxiliary Inspection Column" of the Citizen Applicants' Physical Examination Form.
