Take QQ mailbox as an example. Encrypted files sent by 163 mailbox can be decrypted and opened after being uploaded to Netease Mail Decryption Center. The specific steps are as follows:

Software: QQ mailbox

1. After logging into QQ mailbox, you can check the encryption of the email in your inbox, click "Download" in front of all attachments below the email one by one and save it on your computer desktop. (Note: Clicking "Download All" will result in unsuccessful decryption when uploading. )

2. Return to the prompt area in the encrypted mail and click "Netease Mail Decryption Center" to enter the Netease Mail Decryption Center.

3. In Netease Mail Decryption Center, click "Upload Encrypted Attachment" and choose to upload the encrypted file downloaded in the first step and saved on the computer desktop.

4. After uploading all attachments, click "Finish", enter the encryption password in the prompt area, and then click "OK".

5. After the attachment is decrypted successfully, "Pack and download the decrypted file" will be displayed on the right side of the page. Click to save the decrypted file on the computer desktop, and then you can open the file directly.
