Prepare the guest list in Excel format in advance (Figure 2).
1, insert [Text Box] in WORD, and set the appropriate height and width.
2. Right-click [Set Shape Format] to set the unfilled wireless bar; The realignment mode is intermediate alignment.
3. On the [Mail] tab, [Select Recipients-Select Existing List] insert the guest list (Figure 3).
4. Click [Insert Merge Domain-Guest List] to automatically insert the guest name and adjust the position.
5. Press [Ctrl+Shift] to push the copy, [Align-Align vertically] (Figure 4).
6. Select the first text box, [Rotate-Flip vertically]
7. Finally, click Finish Merging-Edit Single Document to merge into a new document, and it is finished ~ (Figure 5).
