In some cases involving death, if the cause of death of the deceased is unknown, autopsy can be conducted to determine the cause of death of the deceased. When conducting a corpse examination, it is generally necessary to obtain the consent of the family members. After the corpse examination, there will be an alternative examination. If parents refuse to sign, it will not affect the development of autopsy.
The purpose of autopsy is to observe the autopsy, analyze and infer the pathological changes of various organs before the death of animals, and get a practical pathological diagnosis, thus providing theoretical basis for the diagnosis of diseases.
Autopsy mainly has the following significance:
1 is one of the most objective and rapid methods to diagnose animal diseases.
2. The changes of organs can be seen conveniently and directly through autopsy, so this method is the most commonly used method for animal disease diagnosis at present;
3. Improve the quality of clinical diagnosis and treatment. Autopsy can verify the former;
4. Provide materials for medical research, promote medical development, animal pathological models, drugs and therapeutic experiments, etc.
5. Promote pathology teaching and discipline development.
