3. When the registered permanent residence is transferred, the resident identity cards of the applicant and the agent must be brought.
4. Ask the parties to sign and seal or press the right index finger for fingerprints.
5. The blank space of the power of attorney must be filled in by the client himself and cannot be printed.

Article 919 An entrustment contract is a contract in which the principal and the agent agree that the agent shall handle the principal's affairs.
