I accept the offer of employment from Weibon Group Co., Ltd. I am willing to abide by the following terms, Loyal service:
1. Abide by the company's rules and regulations and obey any assignments and instructions from the company.
2. Strictly maintain job confidentiality.
3. I am willing to follow the company's regulations and have a probation period of three months from the date of starting service. Only those who pass the examination at the end of the probation period can be officially appointed.
4. The company may terminate the probation at any time due to unsatisfactory probation, or if the probationary period expires and the employee is not offered a formal appointment due to changes in circumstances, the employee may resign immediately without requesting any subsidies other than those prescribed by the company. 5. After the probation period is over and the employee is officially hired, if he/she cannot meet the company’s job requirements, he/she is willing to accept transfer or dismissal from the company unconditionally.
6. When the company must lay off employees for any reason, they are willing to be dismissed immediately in accordance with the company's dismissal regulations and will never ask for any subsidies other than those prescribed by the company.
7. If company equipment and property and employees’ personal belongings are damaged or lost, they are willing to abide by the company’s estimated value and be responsible for fulfilling their compensation obligations.
8. If you have to resign for some reason midway, you are willing to submit your resignation application as soon as possible and resign strictly according to the approved resignation date. Otherwise, you are willing to accept punishment in accordance with company regulations.
