The setting of fire fighting equipment should be scientific and reasonable, and the distribution should be "key protection and overall situation". Fire extinguishers are generally placed in conspicuous places near the door or key protection equipment for easy access and use.

3. Use of fire-fighting facilities and equipment

1. Fire-fighting facilities and equipment are only allowed to be used in case of fire alarm or fire drill, and are strictly prohibited at ordinary times.

2. Fire fighting facilities and equipment are strictly forbidden to be used for purposes other than fire fighting (such as cleaning the ground with fire hydrants and lighting with emergency lights, etc.).

3. Fire fighting facilities and equipment should be restored to their original state in time after use, and used fire extinguishers should be refilled.

2. Fire control facilities and equipment shall be inspected regularly or irregularly, and the regular inspection shall be conducted by the project monitor before the 5th of each month; Irregular inspections shall be conducted by the Operation Department once every quarter.

3. Inspection contents of fire-fighting facilities and equipment:

(1) Fire extinguisher: whether the pressure is normal (the indicator is in the green range); Whether the extinguishing agent is within the validity period;

whether the bottle body is damaged and whether the accessories are complete and intact; Whether the bottle body and box body are dusty and rusted.

(2) fire hydrant: whether the fire hose and fire hose are complete and in good condition; Whether the fire box is damaged or missing

After the fire-fighting facilities and equipment are inspected, the inspectors should sign the Inspection Record Form of the facilities and equipment for confirmation, fill in the Monthly Report of Fire-fighting Facilities and Equipment Inspection of XX Project, and report it to the Office of the Operation Department before the 1th of each month.

6. Fire extinguishers should be tested for pressure and replaced with chemicals every two years, and a spare fire extinguisher should be used for replacement. If there is no spare fire extinguisher, it shall be replaced in batches, and the number of fire extinguishers left at the production site shall not be less than 5% of the standard number.
