When encountering this situation, try the following methods to solve it:

1. Open IE browser, select Tools, Internet Options, Advanced, and select "Warn on certificate address mismatch" ” and “Check whether the publisher’s certificate is revoked” are unchecked.

2. If you are still prompted, open the options mentioned above again and check "Use HTTP1.1" and "Use HTTP1.1 through proxy connection" (note that it is checked).
