What is a bank flash card?
Flash payment card is a non-contact financial IC card conforming to PBOC2.0 standard of China People's Bank, which integrates credit card and electronic cash account. Bank card refers to a credit payment tool issued by commercial banks (including postal financial institutions) with all or part of the functions of consumer credit, transfer settlement, cash deposit and withdrawal, including credit cards and debit cards. Credit cards and electronic cash accounts are separate.

Bank flash payment cards are actually those bank cards with flash payment function. Generally, bank cards with flash payment function will have the logo of "Flash Pay Express" on the card surface.

"Flash Payment" is a non-contact payment product of China UnionPay. Its function is that when the cardholder uses the card to pay for the transaction, he does not need to enter the password and signature, but only needs to "wave his hand" on the contactless payment terminal that supports UnionPay flash payment.

Although many bank cards now carry the sign of "flash payment", not all bank cards. And those bank cards that don't have the function of "flash payment" can't do "flash payment".
