1. First, open the computer, log in to QQ, and click Tencent Document, as shown in the figure below. 2. Then in the opened Tencent document page, click New in the upper left corner of the page, as shown in the figure below. 3. In the open page, click on the online collection form, as shown in the figure below. 4, and then in the open page, click to select blank, as shown in the figure below. 5. Enter the relevant information and click Publish, as shown in the figure below.
