1. Purpose of internship:
Through clinical internship, we help students combine theoretical knowledge and basic operational skills with clinical practice and apply them to "patient-centered" high-quality nursing work. In clinical practice, the starting point is to cultivate nursing students' self-learning ability, thinking ability and exploration spirit; the goal is to cultivate nursing students' clinical nursing ability, nursing teaching ability, interpersonal communication ability, nursing management and nursing research ability. Lay a solid foundation for independent work after graduation, and eventually become a nurse with both ability and political integrity
2. Internship requirements:
1. Abide by the rules and regulations of the undergraduate department, go to work on time, and do not be casual If you leave your job or change shifts, you must ask for leave in advance.
2. Pay attention to dignified appearance and neat clothing during work.
3. Strictly implement various nursing operating procedures, strictly implement the "three checks and seven pairs" system and adhere to the principles of aseptic technique during operations.
4. Integrate theory with practice, apply system theory knowledge, and solve clinical professional problems.

1. Under the direct leadership of the Nursing Department, specifically managed by the head nurse of the department , designate senior teachers to be responsible for guiding the internship activities of interns, ensure that dedicated personnel are responsible, and adhere to "one-to-one" teaching.

Warmly receive every new nursing student and introduce the ward environment. There is a complete set of disinfection and isolation prevention systems and measures in ward management, which teaches nursing staff knowledge about occupational infection protection and cultivates the concept of prevention among nursing students.

Establish a "people-oriented" service concept, learn to respect and care for patients in practice, and strengthen communication between nurses and patients. Cultivate good personality and psychological characteristics, be optimistic, cheerful, modest, cautious, get along well with colleagues, abide by nursing ethical responsibilities, and serve patients wholeheartedly.

Be familiar with common respiratory system diseases and key points of clinical care for frequently-occurring diseases, such as infectious diseases and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Familiar with preliminary emergency treatment and cooperation with rescue work for critically ill patients, clinical observation of pathological characteristics and nursing focus of respiratory failure, severe asthma, pulmonary heart disease, and hemoptysis.
5. Arterial blood gas analysis, oxygen atomization therapy with specialist characteristics, as well as the use, care, observation indicators and instrument maintenance of various types of respirators.
6. Take charge of patients and master the overall care of patients. Be familiar with the writing specifications and requirements for nursing documents.
7. Conduct teaching lectures regularly, with small lectures once a week, nursing rounds and clinical case discussions once a month. Each intern will give one lecture. Under the leadership of the head nurse, they will participate in ward management, learn cutting-edge knowledge, and cultivate students' ability to analyze and solve problems.
8 Carefully conduct the discharge theory and operation assessment of the nursing students, record the results in the intern handbook, write the discharge comments factually and realistically, and submit them to the head nurse for review and signature.
