4. The electronic residence permit has the same effect as the entity residence permit. At present, the use mode of entity certificate and electronic certificate is "two tracks parallel".
5. Within the validity period, once the physical card is lost, the electronic card is also valid. After the physical card is reissued, the information of the electronic card will be updated synchronously.
6. The electronic residence permit can only be used to replace the entity certificate if it is generated by dynamic real-time retrieval under the specified display mode and displayed by screen capture, photo taking and other means. Does not have the effect of an entity certificate.
