Eight. Rights and obligations of Party B

Nine. Alteration and termination of the contract

X. liability for breach of contract
(1) If Party A fails to deliver the leased forest land to Party B within the time stipulated in the contract, or fails to deliver the leased forest land completely, it shall pay Party B a penalty of 20% of the contract amount.
(2) If Party B fails to return the leased forest land to Party A within the time stipulated in the contract or fails to completely return the leased forest land, it shall pay Party A a penalty of 20% of the contract amount.
(3) If Party B violates this contract, resulting in loss or serious damage to the leased forest land, which cannot be recovered, Party B shall compensate Party A for all the losses.
(4) If Party B fails to pay off the remaining transfer fee as agreed in this contract, the deposit it has paid will not be refunded and Party A will be compensated for all the losses.
(5) If Party B does not use the forest land as agreed in the contract, Party A has the right to recover the forest land management right in advance and terminate the contract, and the rental fee collected will not be refunded.

Nine. Liability for breach of contract:
