1. The goods returned by consumers should be in good condition.

2. Online product operators shall return the product price paid by consumers within seven days from the date of receipt of the returned product.

3. The shipping cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the consumer.

4. If online product operators and consumers have other agreements, the agreement shall prevail.
