What if the company seals and signs, and the arbitration commission does not recognize our salary slip?
If the company does not admit it, it should provide evidence to prove the monthly salary of its employees, which should also be the burden of proof of the unit, and there must be a financial account book for the payment of wages. If the amount of evidence provided by employees is within a reasonable range, and the unit has no evidence to the contrary, the unit shall bear the adverse arbitration consequences of insufficient evidence.
