From development/engineering to product design to trial production, the manufacturing process of the product is made into a QC engineering table (of course, it can also be completed by engineers from the quality department), and the operation specifications and inspection specifications are completed. It is necessary to explain the manufacturing station and inspection contents, inspection methods/sampling, inspection equipment and judgment standards in detail (if it is necessary to quantify, the description content should be converted into quantitative indicators) to reduce disputes during mass production and avoid unnecessary responsibility shirking.
