Matters needing attention in the will:
First, the testator's handwriting.
The testator must write in person, not in print or by others. Write clearly and semantically, and don't use ambiguous language. It's best not to write with pencil or oily pen, but with brush, pen or signature pen, so it's not easy to be tampered with. At present, the court generally only recognizes the legal effect of blue-black pen or signature pen (gel pen).
Second, signature.
After writing a will, the testator must not forget to sign his own name, and cannot let others sign it, nor can he use fingerprints instead of signatures. Handprints must be pressed with the index finger of the right hand.
Third, mark the year, month and day.
After writing the will, the testator must clearly write down the time of making the will, including the year, month and day of making the will. Be sure to write clearly the year, month and day, and don't miss any of them. A common mistake is to write only the date and year, and such a will is also invalid.
