Employee resignation process:
1. Go to HR in advance to receive the employee resignation approval form;
2. Fill in the employee resignation approval form;
3. The HR specialist checks whether there is a training agreement in the employee file, confirms whether the employee is within the training service period, and calculates the amount of compensation the employee should pay the company during the service period;
4. The direct superior of the resigning employee completes the resignation Personnel resignation interview and investigation of reasons for resignation;
5. The direct superior of the resigning person is responsible for supervising the resigning person to complete the work handover and the handover of items used for work (such as maintenance tools used by maintenance personnel, etc.);
6. After HR has completed the recycling of the resigned employees’ uniforms, work shoes, and common items in lockers and work cards, a recycling record will be formed, and the resigned employees’ work cards will be destroyed regularly;
7. Employees in the HR department When going through the resignation procedures, the HR staff will confirm with the department whether the non-compete agreement needs to be fulfilled. If necessary, they will sign an application for performing the non-competition agreement in accordance with the requirements of the business department;
8. The department manager will review the resignation procedures;
9. The administrative manager will review the resignation procedures;
10. The general manager will review and approve the resignation documents;
11. The resigned person will receive the relevant resignation certificate (discharge/termination) Labor contract agreement, proof of rescission/termination of labor contract relationship);
12. The personnel specialist communicates with the salary specialist to generate the monthly salary system for the resigned employee, and the certified salary is paid normally.
