If you volunteer for the senior high school entrance examination, your signature will be displayed on the form. When you volunteer to apply for vocational high school in the senior high school entrance examination, the teacher will give you two lists (printed on the same paper) with your name on them, and then hand in the signed list, and the other one is for yourself. If there is no signature, the signature will be displayed on the list.
