Party A employs Party B as the assistant to the general manager of the group, and the validity of this contract is from year month to year month. In order to carry out the work more effectively, both parties have signed the following supplementary agreement through friendly negotiation:

I. Job responsibilities:

5. Draft and file the documents issued by the general manager;

6. Responsible for handling official documents inside and outside the enterprise, solving letters and visits, handling and reporting in time;

8. Responsible for the reception and visit of the leaders of the superior departments or brother units;

9. Master the general manager's schedule, make appointments and arrange business trips;

10, complete other work assigned by the general manager.

Two. Work objective: ` 1

1, finish daily work on time every day without any delay;

2. The documents issued by the general manager and the minutes of important meetings shall be kept intact;

3. The data and information reported to the General Manager shall be timely without delay;

4. Establish a modern enterprise for the group company, do a good job in team building and be a good employee.

Three. Salary and benefits:

1. The post-tax basic salary is RMB, and the base monthly bonus is RMB. See the annual assessment plan for specific methods.

2. Party B must keep Party A's business secrets, and shall not hold the same position in a competitor's company after two years' resignation. If Party B violates the law, Party A has the right to pursue the legal responsibility of Party B through legal means.

3. If Party B discloses Party A's business secrets at work, Party A has the right to terminate the labor contract with Party B without paying any economic compensation.

4. As a supplementary contract to the labor contract, each party holds one copy, which has legal effect with the labor contract.

5. For matters not covered, if necessary, a supplementary agreement can be re-signed with the consent of both parties.

6. This agreement shall come into force as of the date of signature by both parties.
