2. Scoring standard The full score of each competition is 10, in which the action standard is 6.8, the practice level is 3, and the innovation difficulty is 0.2.

(1) Evaluation of action completion score: according to the technical level played by the athletes on the spot and the action specification requirements of each game, the referee subtracts the error scores that are slightly inconsistent with the specification requirements and obviously inconsistent with the specification requirements and other error scores, which is the athlete's action completion score.

Other mistakes of the referee's deduction include forgetting, losing balance, additional support, falling to the ground, equipment or clothing affecting the action, equipment deformation, fracture, falling and so on.

(2) Evaluation of drill level. The referee determines the penalty according to the level of routine drills performed by athletes on the spot, and according to the scoring standards of skills (strength and coordination each account for 0.5 points), exercise skills (spirit, rhythm and style each account for 0.5 points) and arrangement (content, structure and arrangement each account for 0.5 points) in each competition. This score MINUS the deduction points is the athlete's sports level score.

(3) The referee indicates that the score displayed by the referee can be kept to two decimal places, and the second decimal place must be 0 or 5.

(4) Determination of the deserved score The sum of the deserved score of the action completion and the deserved score of the sports level is the athlete's deserved score. Athletes deserve only two digits after the decimal point. The third place after the decimal point is not rounded.

(5) Determination of the final result The final result of the athlete is that the referee subtracts the "referee's deduction" from the athlete's due result and adds the bonus of "innovative difficult movements".

In addition, with the development of science, the circulation of information and the continuous scientification of Wushu training methods, the Wushu competition level of domestic professional teams is very close and the competition is very fierce. In order to improve the accuracy and popularity of referees' scoring, the National Wushu Sports Management Center not only revised the rules in 1996, but also introduced the designated actions of the optional routine competition. Designated action is a martial arts technical action composed of one or several new, difficult and demanding actions arranged by experts organized by the National Wushu Sports Management Center according to the laws of martial arts. These movements are not immutable, but the contents, specifications and difficulty values of the designated movements of each routine selected in the next year's competition are announced by the competent department of the national Wushu competition at the end of each year, with action diagrams and action videos.

Athletes should accurately fill in the chart to determine the designated action position of the optional routine, which should be signed by the athletes themselves and the coaches, and submitted to the referee group before the competition.

(2) Innovative difficult movements mean that they must conform to the essential attributes and laws of Wushu; It must be an action that can only be completed with high special quality and skills; It must be an action that has never appeared in the national official competition sponsored by the State Sports General Administration.

The reporting unit of innovative difficult movements must report to the martial arts department of the State Sports General Administration in writing (with technical diagrams or videos) 30 days before the competition. Then the competent department will organize 5-7 experts to form the "National Wushu Technical Appraisal Committee" to discuss and confirm the declared innovative and difficult moves, and notify the arbitration committee and the referee group in writing before the competition.

If the athlete completes the declared innovative difficult movements well, the referee will give extra points according to the confirmed scores; Because of failure or inconsistent with the action confirmed by the appraisal, no extra points will be awarded; If there are other mistakes in the process of completing the innovative and difficult movements, the referee will deduct points according to the rules.
